Self Healing

Today while doing 2.4km walk around the track of Bedok stadium, I was suddenly reminded of the time when I healed myself.
I was diagnosed with a cyst in my right breast in 2002 and was under the care of a breast surgeon, after I learnt Quantum Touch in February of 2005, I decided to use what I learnt and 'ran energy' on myself every night for about two weeks.
In March I went for my mammogram and lo and behold the mammogram and ultra sounds showed that the cyst no longer existed. Quantum Touch allowed my body to heal itself.

What a day! Decided to seize the day, carpe diem!
Did a lot of energy work on myself last night, slept pretty well, woke up at 5.55am.
Attended mass and decided to feed the body, went to Bedok stadium and the energy there was so vibrant.
We are so blessed to be in a country where people of all races get together to do their morning thing together. There were groups doing Qi Gong followed by Minahrobics.
Families and couples were doing brisk walking on the track, I was so motivated to join them and managed my 2.4km brisk walk.
I now have the impetus to first feed my soul with mass and then feed my body with exercise before I face the world and get on with the 101 tasks I assign myself to each day.
Having done what I did this morning, made the rest of the day go by with so much ease and joy.
I felt myself smiling more, getting irritated less and just wishing that everybody was feeling the same joy and peace that I was feeling.
The evening was made even more pleasant as I spent it having dinner with student, who became a client and now a friend. The fellowship was beautiful where we shared all we could on the various energy modalities we are involved in and are aware of, and of how good it is to be aware of all the good energy that is available to us all.

The day is almost ending and I thank God for His presence in our lives and our country.

Been contemplating all this 'energy work' that is so available in this world today.
Feel truly blessed to have been given so many opportunities to attend such an array of training seminars and workshops to enhance my "facilitator of healing" abilities.
Did a session on J. with Tourets' Syndrome and to his surprise, he laid still for the full 15 minutes while I 'worked' on him. For those who dont know, someone with Tourets' has muscle twitches almost continously, so the energy work actually put him at rest.
Both J. and I are rather thrilled at this and he is coming for another session tomorrow and we're hoping, he will be able to relax for a longer period and eventually his twitches will lessen.
The beauty of doing energy work is that practitioners and clients always hold a positive and hopeful outlook and we dont do drugs.

Im feeling very excited about starting Quantum-Touch classes very soon for 2009 and am looking forward to sharing this wonderful healing modality with more of you.
My aim is to impart this healing modality to at least 480 people this year.
